Restaurant Juritz was founded by Josef and Elisabeth Juritz and opened in Feistritz im Rosental on the 1st May 1980.  Their philosophy was to offer their guests high quality, fine dining cuisine; serving the best Austrian specialities and the finest dishes from around the world.

In 2007, the restaurant was taken over their daughter, Denise, who has brought in her own personal experiences from working abroad and in Austria.   With her life partner, Christian Primik, they both continue to apply her parent’s philosophy in creating sumptuous cuisine served up with the warmest hospitality.
